Study reports in minutes. Audit-ready by design.

Life-science organisations spend weeks between the data cut and the report. We work with them on analysis pipelines that re-run identically and on records that are ready for an inspection on any day.

Where the margin sits

Where the time goes in a life-science operation.

Figures are modeled or targeted; sources and detail on request.

Minutesper study report

Reports that regenerate

The same report after every data cut, from the same code, with the summary the medical writer needs. Modeled.

Zerolost samples

Lineage from freezer to figure

Every aliquot carries its protocol, its freezer position and the results it produced. Modeled.

Evidence for the inspector

Electronic signatures, audit trails and validation records that file themselves while the work is done.

How it starts

What the first quarter looks like in a life-science organisation.

Thirteen weeks, from counting the days between data cut and report to a run-rate on the board.

Weeks 1–3

Count the days

We take the study calendar, the LIMS and the analysis repository and measure the days between data cut and submitted figure, and the samples that cannot be found.

You get: one page per study with the days and their cost

Weeks 4–8

Pick the study and the pipeline

We start with one study, usually the one with the most frequent data cuts. The pipeline re-runs nightly; our engineers sit with the biostatistics team.

You get: the first report regenerated identically

Weeks 9–13

Run the study from it

Every data cut produces the report; every sample carries its lineage; the inspection pack is a filter on the record.

You get: a cycle time the sponsor can read

Tell us which study takes longest from data cut to report, or which samples you cannot find. We will come back with what the first quarter would change.
